Confirmation

Your driver will call to make arrangements and confirm delivery details you should get your product within 59 minutes after this call with a tracking link sent to you via SMS

Try-On and Buy
​ Your driver will arrive with the products you selected together with other samples to your door for you to try on. You will pay for what you decide to keep. If you don't like        any of the products you don't pay anything






Our Return Policy is to freely exchange or replace all products which are defective, we also deliver for free your replacement or exchange, should you require a refund the product should be in selleable condition and R150 admin charge to collect the product and seal it, if the seal is not broken the admin charge is R100

1. To return any goods, you must produce a receipt/ till slip or gift receipt.

2. Should you wish to exchange or return goods purchased within 30 days, we will gladly exchange them for you or, if you are returning the goods, accept them and reverse the transaction on your Aumax account or give you a refund in the form of a Gift card if you produce a gift receipt provided that:

2.2 The goods are unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached;
2.3 The goods are in a saleable condition; 
2.4 For hygiene reasons underwear (excluding bras) and earrings for pierced ears may not be returned or exchanged;
2.5 Gift vouchers will not be refunded.

3. twelve Months return policy for defective goods

3.1 We may repair or exchange defective merchandise provided proof of purchase is produced.
3.2 We will gladly accept return of the defective goods and reverse the transaction on your Aumax account or refund you in the form of a Gift card provided proof of purchase is produced.

4. Refund or exchange merchandise

4.1.We will refund or exchange merchandise,  products provided that:
• there is valid proof of purchase, i.e. till slip or gift receipt;
• it is within 14 days of purchase;
• it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e.:
• the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable)
• it is unused and the price ticket (if applicable) is attached.
4.2 Products will be repaired, replaced or refunded subject to supplier warranties if faulty, provided that:
o the product was used in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms of use and there is no evidence of structural damage or abuse;
o the original components and accessories are also returned; and
